What is Permanent Stress Reduction?

can change the way you feel both physically and mentally.
This program is designed to present you with a different kind of platform
from which to view your own thinking process. You can choose to study this program alone or with a group.
We have developed training segments to help you achieve permanent stress reduction in your own life.
This program will:
- Increase your awareness of the dynamics and consequences of stressful situations.
- Teach you to focus on the process of emotional disturbance and how to control that process
by using relaxation responses and eliminating careless thinking patterns.
- Teach you to use meditation to self heal and develop a life long practice to support stress reduction in your life.
